Get
enough sleep.

judge or define yourself by somebody
else.

Wear
whatever you like, colour your hair
however you like. Be yourself.

Dress
up and go out once in a while, especially
if you rarely do. Dressing up can really
make you feel like a knock out and we
all need that sometimes.

Don't
waste time worrying or stressing about
things you can't change. It ages you
prematurely and it's just not worth
it.

SELF-PROMOTION.
Why?
As
an author I had to get comfortable with
self promotion. It's not always easy to
push my own books but if I don't, nobody
else will. Believing in my work makes
it easier to promote it to others. I think
belief in your self is essential in business
of any kind.
