How
to Grow Your Own Tea Garden
|
On
stressful days or when I am feeling a bit
ill, one of my favourite things to do is
take a green tea bath.
Green tea baths really assist to soothe
your body, mind, and spirit, while leeching
out harmful toxins from your body and healing
any open wounds or sores you may have.
Green tea baths are extremely nourishing
to the body, because they are filled with
powerful antioxidants and vitamins that
your body needs to slow down or stop signs
of aging.
What
is a Green Tea bath?
Tea baths are very simple to make. All you
need is a couple grams of loose Green, White,
Oolong, or Herbal tea and a Muslin bath
tea bag which is really the best option
(you can also use or about 6 tea bags).
Place them in a tub of hot, hot water for
ten to twenty minutes. Your bath water will
turn a golden brown or dark brown color
and this will let you know the antioxidants
and vitamins have been released into your
bath.
You'll want to wait to get into the bath
until the temperature has cooled a bit,
because you don't want to climb into a bath
that is far to hot and will scold you.
When the time has come to enter the bath,
pour a half a cup of honey and/or olive
oil into the tub. They will help soften
and sooth your skin especially if you tend
to have very dry skin.
Another thing you could do before you get
into the bath is light a few candles to
help set a peaceful atmosphere to really
get the full benefits of a relaxing Tea
bath.
To really maximize the positive effects
of the mental and spiritual ensure that
your bathroom and tub have been sufficiently
cleaned with all items that might cause
distraction out of sight. If this really
isn't possible close the shower curtain.

Green
Tea baths really provide some awesome health
benefits: Green Tea has natural antibacterial
properties so it is awesome for open wounds
and sores because the Tea can help clean
and heal them right up. Green Tea is loaded
with antioxidants and vitamins such as polyphenols,
theanine, B vitamins, tannin, and many other
powerful nourishing and healing antioxidants
and vitamins that are needed to help heal
sore muscles, open wounds, rashes, hemorrhoids,
anal fissures, cold sores, and many other
maladies. Green Tea is also a natural anti
inflammatory so it can really help you if
you have something such as a sprained ankle.
Another wonderful thing a Green Tea bath
can do is draw out harmful toxins and chemicals
from your body that cause severe illnesses.
Taking a Green Tea bath can even help lift
up your spirits and relax your mind because
its full of happy B vitamins that really
help improve your mood enabling a more relaxed
and happier you.
Green Tea baths even help cleanse, tone,
and help fight the signs of aging and fatigue
on your body, which is something a lot of
us spend far too much money on, in the quest
for the fountain of youth.
Who
would have thought cleansing, toning, fighting
the signs of aging and fatigue could be
so inexpensive and easy by simply taking
Green Tea baths a couple times a month?
